Sources and license

The filings come from Registered Businesses in PA on data.pa.gov, dataset xvd7-5r2c, published by the Pennsylvania Department of State. The department refreshes the file monthly. A business is listed when its creation date falls on or after 1 January 2025. Rows dated 1 January 1753 are omitted. The page shows the filing number, name, type of registration, address, city, county, ZIP code, creation date, officer names and titles, and coordinates when the file includes them.

The dataset is in the public domain as a U.S. Government Work (https://www.usa.gov/government-works). It was last refreshed on 6 October 2026. The record is at https://data.pa.gov/Licenses-Certificates/Registered-Businesses-in-PA-Current-by-County-Depa/xvd7-5r2c. This site is an independent directory. It is not the Pennsylvania Department of State and it does not issue certificates.

Officer names and titles are shown because they are part of the public file. One business can have several rows, one per officer; this directory keeps a single page per filing number.
